Remember that a username and password are required to access course downloads.
If you are experiencing problems with the FTP site try the following:
From Internet Explorer select Tools > Internet Options
Click Advanced tab
Make sure that “Enable folder view for FTP site” is checked
Make sure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/
